To karl schrack : yes do practice Sparring we focus on 4 techniques of Sparring, 1kicks,(this is kicks, jumping kicks and all that) 2 Punches (Boxing, locks etc. ) 3. knees, codos, and 4 ground techniques....... call us 951-849-8864
